Maple Custard

  • 2 Cups Milk
  • 4 eggs
  • ½ Cup Maple Syrup (medium or dark)
  • 1/4 tsp. Vanilla
  • Nutmeg (optional - sprinkle on top)

Blend thoroughly

Bake this mixture in a square Pyrex dish; set the Pyrex dish in a large pan to which you         add one inch of hot water. Bake at 325 degrees for about 50 minutes or until set.
